Reminders ring even when your phone is muted or on Do Not Disturb — the same way an alarm clock works.
No account required
Set up in seconds. No registration, no email, no password. The app works completely offline from day one.
Data stays on your device
All medication data is stored locally in an encrypted database. Nothing is sent to any server unless you choose to back it up.
Biometric protection
Lock the app with Face ID or fingerprint. Your medication details stay private even if someone picks up your phone.
Flexible schedules
Set reminders for specific times, certain weekdays, or recurring intervals. Handles complex multi-medication routines easily.
Caregiver sharing
Optionally share a medication schedule with a caregiver. Data is end-to-end encrypted — only the people you choose can see it.

Your data is

Medifix stores everything locally in an encrypted database on your device. No medication data is ever sent to Mintlane or any third party.
Optional cloud backup encrypts your data before upload and stores it in your own Google Drive or iCloud — we never have access to it.
The permissions Medifix requests: notifications (for reminders), battery optimisation exemption (so reminders can't be silenced by the OS), and optionally biometric authentication (for app lock).
